What a day!!! We had some serious fun at Field Day. We made it through every single field day station, and at our very last one it started to POUR outside! We quickly gathered and walked back to class but not before we got completely soaked! A rained out Field Day will certainly make great memories! I got a little picture happy before the downpour! I hope you enjoy! :)

I hope you all had a wonderful week! Ours was certainly jammed packed, but lots of fun! We have been enjoying Dancing Diane this quarter. She has been and will continue to join us every Monday and Wednesday afternoon to work with all of first grade on a performance. Each class will be doing movements with a different story. Our story is Big Al. It is already looking fabulous! We are still finalizing the date of the performance. I promise I will let you know as soon as we have it set in stone so that you can plan ahead to be there. Some of you have asked when first grade will be taking the NWEA reading and math tests. We received the testing schedule this week.
